All of the data entered by user contating credit card details, personal details and business related details on order pages is encrypted using the 128 Bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and transmitted to the recipient via a secure connection. Refund is allowed but exacting based on PRODUCT and SUPPORT SERVICES failure: If our product doesn’t perform and succeed in data / file recovery, conversion and production then simple contact to support team, they are available 24 X 7 to help customers. Expert from support department will analyse the system files, issues on the same system via Remote Session Connectivity, if it is required that the database/ file should be analyse in LAB therefore database/ file would be Laboratory and would be permissible with non-disclose agreement. An additional solution will be arranged for you in next 6-8 hours, if experts fail to resolve the issue then refundable amount would be transferred to the same credit/debit/bank account.
Guidelines For Refund
Shine Recovery is not responsible for any one of the following
- If software purchased by mistake and you have not used (Activated) yet on your computer/laptop machine then you are able to get refund. Refund request will be refused if you have activated the software once or used on your computer/laptop machine.
- Any lost of the data or misdirected email.
- Delays in software downloading or receiving activation deatils or any kind of the communication delays.
- Delay due to any unforeseen uncontrolled factor.
- Shine Recovery is not responsible for Mail being marked as SPAM/Others by the email client application of the client or by the mail server being used by the client.
- Mail for download or activation is bounced by the sender or receiver mail server due to any reason.
Shine Recovery will not consider any refund request on below circumstances-
- Once Software purchased and got the software fulfillment email, you don’t need the software any longer.
- Accidentally Purchased Software and now want to remove it from the system.
- I want to purchase any other software BUT by mistake i ordered wrong one.
- Software purchased is not suitable for the platform you are using.
- Unable to use software, as basic requirements to run software is not fulfilled by your machine.
Delay fulfillment emails on weekends
- Without evaluating demo version, i ordered Software and found its not fulfill my requirements. [We always recommend to first try our demo version to evaluate our software functionality before purchasing]
- Customer has not requested technical support before submitting refund request.
- Customer has not followed the instructions given by support staff in order to attempt to solve the issue.
Refund will be made only if one of the below conditions hold true. Please Read Carefully....
- If the Client was able to perform the operation as stated with demo version but the functionality was not there in the Full Version of the Shine Recovery Software.
- If the Shine Recovery Support Team fails to help the client resolves the issue.
- If our software fails to perform the respective job, then please contact with our Technical Support Team at support [@] shinerecovery.com! Our Technical Support Engineer will analyze the case and analyze your files in our Recovery LABS or by remote connectivity. If they are unable to recover or repair your appropriate file then the FULL purchase amount will be credited to your credit card. Refund is strictly based on this condition if they fail to provide the full assistance.
Shine Recovery Software is not responsible for miss-interpretation by client of material published as part of promoting the product/software by Shine Recovery Software. In such case the responsibility lies with client to get the right interpretation from the Shine Recovery support Team.
Documentation for Refund
- The Client provides in written document of the product/software bought from Shine Recovery software will be destroyed from all client machines where it have been installed and also allow authorized person from Shine Recovery Software to do physical inspection of all the machines where it was installed to ensure destruction is done properly.
- Any evidence of the refund product/software will entitled to legal proceedings.
- From the date of receiving the "Letter of Destruction" from the client, the refund will be processed within 20 days. Any delay than 20 days will be notified to the client through email from Shine Recovery Software.
